HR Violation — Return & Defect Policy
Effective Date: June 7, 2026
At HR Violation, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we have a specific policy around returns and defects. Please read carefully before purchasing.
✅ What We Cover — 15-Day Defect Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you:
- Item arrived damaged (torn, holes, packaging damage)
- Significant print defect (fading, cracking, misalignment)
- Wrong item or size sent by us
- Item never arrived
To make a claim, you must:
- Contact us at hrviolation.co@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
- Include your order number
- Attach a clear photo showing the issue
We will get back to you within 1–3 business days and make it right.
❌ What We Do Not Cover
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Worn items — Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered is not eligible for return under any circumstances
- Wrong size ordered — Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing. We cannot accept returns due to sizing preference
- Change of mind — All sales are final once an order has been placed and sent to production
- Minor print variations — Small differences in colour between your screen and the final product are normal and not considered defects
📦 How Refunds & Reprints Work
Once your claim is approved:
- Reprint: A replacement item will be produced and shipped to you. Delivery times are the same as a standard order (typically 5–10 business days)
- Refund: If a reprint is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
