HR Violation started the way most good ideas do — in the middle of a terrible meeting that absolutely could have been an email.

We're a brand built for the people who show up, clock in, smile through the nonsense, and then go home and vent to their group chat. The ones who've survived a reorg. Sent a “per my last email.” Quietly quit and then quietly un-quit because rent is real.

This is clothes for that feeling. The one you can't put in your out-of-office but you absolutely can put on your chest.

Why We Started

There's no shortage of brands selling streetwear. There's no shortage of brands selling “hustle culture” either — rise and grind, CEO mindset, work harder than everyone.

We went the other direction.

Because most of us aren't grinding. Most of us are just trying to get through the week without losing our minds in a company-wide Zoom call where someone forgot to mute themselves again.

HR Violation is for those people. Which, let's be honest, is most people.
